双配流盘径向柱塞泵定子内曲线特性分析

Characteristics analysis of stator curve of double-valve plate radial piston pump

摘要: 针对双配流盘径向柱塞泵的振动与冲击问题,建立了双配流盘径向柱塞泵7种定子曲线的数学模型.对幅角修正等加速运动规律和匀变加速运动规律的滚子中心运动方程进行了修正,通过Matlab仿真绘制了各自的周期角定子曲线.综合比较了不同定子内曲线下柱塞副的度速度、度加速度、压力角、瞬时扭矩和瞬时流量等特性,分析得出八次内曲线度速度、度加速度曲线变化连续光滑,压力角适中,瞬时扭矩、瞬时流量变化量都最小并且瞬时扭矩的最大值最小.

Abstract: Aimed at the problem of vibration and shock in double-valve plate radial piston pump, the mathematic models of seven kind of stator curve are established for double-valve plate radial piston pump, and the motion equation of roller center, which follows the argument-revised equally accelerated motion regularity and uniformly varied accelerated motion regularity, is revised and by means of Matlab simulation, several stator curves with different periodic angle are drawn. The characteristic parameters of the plunger pair such as degree velocity, degree acceleration, pressure angle, instantaneous torque and instantaneous flow are comprehensively compared for different stator curves and it is found by analysis that the angle velocity and acceleration curve of eighth-power stator curve will vary continuously and smoothly, the pressure angle will be moderate, the change of instantaneous torque and flow will be the smallest and the maximum of the instantaneous torque will be minimized to the full extent.
