阶梯式溢流坝台阶面力学性能数值模拟研究及优化

摘要: 借助ANSYS有限元分析软件,考虑阶梯式溢流坝台阶面在坝体附近水流作用下的应力状况,对台阶式溢流坝进行优化改进尝试, 并对原模型和优化方案进行了综合对比.计算结果表明,台阶隅角内容易出现应力奇异点,进而危害结构安全.而采用在台阶隅角内设计圆角的优化改进措施,可以在基本不影响消能性能的前提下改善这一状况.

Abstract: With the help of ANSYS finite element analysis software, the stress state of step surface of stepped spillway dam under the action of water flow near the dam body has been concerned, and the attempt to optimize and improve the stepped spillway dam has been carried out, followed by the comprehensive comparison between the original model and optimization scheme. The calculation results show that the stress singularity is easy to appear in the corner of the step, which will endanger the safety of the structure. However, this situation can be improved by adopting the optimization and improvement measures of the fillet in the corner of the step without basically affecting the energy dissipation performance.
