自吸式离心泵自吸过程的非稳态数值模拟

Unsteady numerical simulation of self-priming process of self-priming centrifugal pump

摘要: 为研究自吸式离心泵的自吸过程,选取外混式自吸离心泵为研究对象,基于非稳态数值模拟方法,采用VOF多相流模型和标准k-ε模型,通过简化的边界条件,研究该自吸式离心泵的气液两相混合流动和分离过程,并且分析各监测点的含气率、速度、压力.结果表明:自吸过程中会产生气液分层现象,降低排气效率;在叶轮与蜗壳的间隙较小处,会产生高强度的含气率波动.

Abstract: In order to study the self-priming process of self-priming centrifugal pump, an externally mixed self-priming centrifugal pump is selected as the research object. Using the VOF multi-phase flow model and the standard k-ε model, the gas-liquid two-phase mixed flow and separation process of this type of self-priming centrifugal pump is studied through simplified boundary conditions. By analyzing the gas content rate, velocity and pressure of each monitoring point, the following conclusions can be drawn: the gas-liquid stratification phenomenon is emerged in self-priming process with the exhaust efficiency reduced. At the small gap between the impeller and the volute, high-intensity gas content rate fluctuations is produced.
