摘要: 以N-乙烯基咪唑和溴乙醛缩乙二醇为原料,通过一步法合成溴化1-乙烯基-3-乙醛缩乙二醇咪唑离子液体.并以其为单体采用均聚和共聚的方法对其进行改性,制备了多种离子液体聚合物膜.通过红外光谱表征了离子液体的单体结构;并对离子液体聚合物膜的耐水性,附着力及硬度进行测试分析.结果表明:离子液体聚合物膜的性质与改性剂及其用量相关,当离子液体与改性剂的质量比mm=3∶10时,对应涂膜的附着力最强;当离子液体与改性剂的质量比mm=5∶2时,耐水性最好.并且此产物可涂抹在OPP、PE塑料及玻璃板表面,增强它们的耐水性、附着力及硬度.

Abstract: Bromo-1-vinyl-3-acetaldehyde glycol imidazole ionic liquid was synthesized from N-vinylimidazole and bromo-acetaldehyde glycol in a one-step process. A variety of ionic liquid polymer membranes were prepared by modifying them with homopolymerization and copolymerization. The monomer structure of ionic liquid was characterized by infrared spectrum. The water resistance, adhesion and hardness of ionic liquid polymer film were tested and analyzed. The results showed that the properties of ionic liquid polymer film are related to the amount of modifier, and the mass ratio of ionic liquid modifier mawaymchange =3∶10, the adhesion of the corresponding film is the strongest, when the mass ratio of ionic liquidmodifier is 2∶5, the water resistance is the best. this product can be daubed on the surface of OPP, PE plastic and glass plate to enhance their water resistance, adhesion and hardness.
