应力-强度干涉理论在对接焊缝中的应用

摘要: 针对钢桥承载能力是否满足实际需求的问题,提出了一种将应力-强度干涉理论应用于钢桥对接焊缝数值分析的方法.对钢桥整体结构进行静力学分析,得到了钢桥主梁不同位置的应力状态;通过应力-强度干涉理论分析静载条件下对接焊缝的可靠性;以Q345钢对接焊缝为例,验证了提出方法的可行性,分析了含有残余应力的对接焊缝的可靠性.分析结果表明,在钢桥焊缝没有消除残余应力时,焊缝可靠性显著降低.

Abstract: In order to solve the problem of whether the bearing capacity of steel bridge meets the actual demand, a method of applying stress-strength interference theory to the numerical analysis of butt weld of steel bridge is proposed in this paper. First of all, through static analysis of whole structure of the steel bridge, the stress states at different positions of main girder of the steel bridge can be obtained. Secondly, the reliability of butt weld under static loading is analyzed by the stress-strength interference theory. Finally, taking the butt welding of Q345 steel as an example, the feasibility of the proposed method is verified. The reliability of the butt weld with residual stress is predicted numerically as well.
