组合结构波纹管膜片非线性大挠度分析

Nonlinear large deflection analysis of the composite structure bellows diaphragm

摘要: 采用连续化方法在非线性大挠度理论的基础上,对应用于干气密封系统中的扁圆锥壳-圆弧-圆环板组合结构波纹管膜片进行了非线性大变形理论分析,根据板壳理论的修正迭代法对其进行了数值计算,对外周边固定,内周边自由的组合结构波纹管膜片进行了求解,同时通过二次近似解分析波纹管扁圆锥壳部分不同倾斜角的斜边的波形在圆弧最大挠度处的膜片非线性承载能力,并且在同一波形的基础上分析了波深、圆弧半径等参数在圆弧最大挠度处的膜片承载能力.随着组合结构波纹管膜片倾斜角的增加,膜片的挠度非线性增大,随着组合结构波纹管膜片的矢高的增加,膜片的挠度非线性增大,随着组合结构波纹管膜片的圆弧波长变长,膜片的挠度非线性增大.

Abstract: Based on the theory of nonlinear large deflection theory, the continuous method is used to analyze the nonlinear large deformation of the bellows diaphragm of flat conical shell-circulararc-circular plate composite structure,which is widely used in the dry gas seal system.The numerical calculation is carried out by the method modified iteration method of theory of plates and shells, the nonlinear large deformation of a composite structure bellows diaphragm with one end fixed and another end free is solved. At the same time, the nonlinear bearing capacity of the different inclination angles of the bellows flat conical shell part diaphragm at the maximum deflection of the arc is analyzed by the quadratic approximation solution. And on the basis of the same waveform,the diaphragm bearing capacity of the parameters such as wave depth and arc radius at the maximum deflection of the arc is analyzed.With the increase of the inclined angle of the bellows diaphragm, the nonlinear deflection of the diaphragm increases. With the increase of the height of the bellows diaphragm, the nonlinear deflection of the diaphragm increases. With the increase of the arc wavelength of the bellows diaphragm, the nonlinear deflection of the diaphragm increases.
