考虑土-结构相互作用的埋置式双层储油罐地震响应分析

Seismic response analysis of embedded double-layer oil storage tank considering soil-structure interaction

摘要: 传统单层钢制油罐由于埋地敷设,长期处于内外部腐蚀环境中,容易发生渗(泄)漏,从而造成土壤和地下水污染的事故,而双层FF和SF储油罐,防腐蚀性能好,使用成本低,强度能满足使用要求,安全性能较单层钢制储油罐表现优秀.本文考虑粘弹性边界和流-固耦合,建立了埋置式FF和SF双层储油罐的数值计算模型,研究了埋置式双层FF和SF储油罐的地震响应,并进行了参数影响分析.结果表明,罐体在液体填充条件下系统的动力响应明显大于无液体填充条件下系统的动力响应.近场地震作用下系统的动力响应比远场地震作用下系统的动力响应要大;储油罐体型越大其所受的动力作用越大;本文在模型分析与实际应用中发现FF和SF储油罐的动力响应相近,在未来工程实际中都有很好的应用前景、有较好的经济性和实用性.

Abstract: The traditional buried single-layer steel oil tank is exposed to the internal and external corrosive environment for a long time, which is easy to leak and pollute the soil and groundwater. The double-layer FF (Fiber Reinforced Plastics- Fiber Reinforced Plastics) and SF (Steel-Fiber Reinforced Plastics) storage tanks have good corrosion resistance and low cost. The material strength can meet the requirements of use, and hasbetter safety performance than single-layer steel storage tanks. The numerical calculation model for buried FF and SF double-layer oil storage tanks was established,considering the viscoelastic boundary and fluid-solid coupling. The seismic response of buried FF and SF double-layer oil storage tanks was studied, and the influence of parameters was analyzed. The results show that the dynamic response of the tank under liquid filling condition is obviously larger than that without liquid filling condition. The dynamic response of the system under near-field earthquake is larger than that under far-field earthquake. The dynamic action of oil storage tank increases with the increase size of body shape. In this paper, it is found that the dynamic response of FF and SF storage tanks is similar in model analysis and practical application, and both of them have a good application prospect, good economy and practicability in future engineering practice.
