Abstract: Aiming at the optimization problem of cutting parameters in the high-speed cutting process, a finite element model for high-speed cutting of 2A12 aluminum alloy with cemented carbide tools was established based on ABAQUS , and the influence of cutting parameters and tool parameters on cutting force was analyzed through simulation method, and milling experiments were carried out to compare the simulation results, the error is within 17%, which verifies the availability of the simulation model. It provides a theoretical basis for selecting reasonable tool geometry and cutting parameters in the process of high-speed milling of aluminum alloy workpieces.
