Abstract: The dynamic output feedback control problem is investigated for a class of random-delay networked control systems with medium access constraints. Considering the effects of medium access constraints and random delay, the systems are modelled as a class of Markov jump systems with parameter uncertainty. Based on Lyapunov stability theory and LMI technology, the sufficient conditions for stochastic stability are derived, and the corresponding dynamic output feedback controller is designed to make the closed-loop system robust stability with a given H-infinity performance. Finally, an illustrative example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
